Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nature of Our Products

Roy's AI Lab sells digital, downloadable products (guides, question banks, roadmaps, and similar resources). Because these products are delivered instantly and electronically, standard physical-goods return rules do not apply.

No Refunds Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed and your download link has been issued. Because our products are instantly delivered digital files, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or dissatisfaction with content after download.

The only exceptions, where we will make it right, are:

• You were charged but never received a working download link due to a technical error on our end (i.e. you did not actually receive the product you paid for).
• You were accidentally charged more than once for the same order.

How to Request Help

If you believe you qualify under one of the exceptions above, contact us at riteshrai6306@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase, including your order email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2-3 business days.

Processing Time

Approved exceptions are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

As all products are one-time purchases (no subscriptions), there is nothing to "cancel" after a successful purchase. If your payment is still processing and hasn't completed, you can simply close the checkout window before it finishes.
